Eugene is an entrepreneur and filmmaker.  He is the founder and CEO of D&R Studios (also known as Young Rich Television). He has gone on to create and/or produce more television shows, including Get In the Kitchen, Stori Yangu, Our Perfect Wedding, Foods Of Kenya, Being Bahati, Sol Family (with Sauti Sol), This Love (with Wahu and Nameless), Kyallo Kulture (with the Kyallo Sisters), Concert Nyumbani, Easter Kwetu, and Roast House.

These shows have aired on K24, KTN, NTV, Maisha Magic East, Showmax, Iflix, Kwese, Startimes, Trigger (South Africa), and Kirk TV. In addition, Concert Nyumbani made history in June of 2020 when it broadcasted simultaneously on 12 major tv stations in Kenya.

He has recently been announced as the executive producer of Nairobi’s version of NBCUniversal’s global franchise, Real Housewives of Nairobi.

Besides television, he also has interests in farming and hospitality and owns Number 7, a popular night spot in the heart of Nairobi.
